Micro Center is seeking a Service Experience Advisor to be the customer’s first point of contact for technical service at the Knowledge Bar. This entry-level role blends basic technical understanding with strong interpersonal skills, supporting service intake and guiding customers toward appropriate solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preference for candidates with customer-facing sales/hospitality/retail experience.
• Ability to build rapport and clearly explain services or solutions.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers at the Knowledge Bar and serve as the primary contact for service.
• Identify customer needs and guide them to appropriate service solutions and offerings.
• Promote value-added services such as PriorityCare+ and Data Backup in a consultative manner.
• Communicate pricing, timelines, and expectations at check-in.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and route work orders to the correct queues.
• Process service and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
