Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted point of contact for walk-in or scheduled customers at the Knowledge Bar.
• Listen actively to customer concerns and guide them through service solutions and offerings.
• Recommend value-added services such as PriorityCare+, Data Backup, ESET, and others.
• Clearly communicate estimated pricing and timelines at check-in.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and route work orders to service queues.
• Process service and POS transactions accurately and completely.
• Maintain attachment rates and productivity standards.
• Stay informed of current promotions and attachment opportunities.
• Provide timely, professional updates to customers on service status.
• Obtain required certifications as directed by management.
