Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with safe driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers for a great service experience.
• Greet customers and identify vehicle needs based on information and walk-arounds.
• Use consultative selling to plan for ongoing maintenance and upsell opportunities.
• Produce repair orders with cost/time estimates with transparency.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely work.
• Follow up with customers on status and satisfaction.
• Develop product knowledge to better assist customers and drive loyalty.
