Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set and confirm appointments to ensure a great service experience.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Greet customers courteously on arrival.
• Identify vehicle needs via walk-arounds and test drives.
• Explain service recommendations in clear terms and upsell when appropriate.
• Prepare repair orders with cost/time estimates and transparency.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to finish work timely.
• Follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction.
