AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge customers and technicians across our nationwide network. You will explain recommendations in clear terms and identify up-sell opportunities to keep customers safe on the road.

You will schedule appointments, assist with maintenance planning, and produce clear repair orders with timelines. Join a leading automotive retailer focused on exceptional customer experiences and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Schedule and prep for customer appointments for a great service experience.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
• Greet customers warmly on arrival.
• Determine vehicle needs via walk-arounds, inspections and test drives.
• Use consultative selling to plan for required maintenance.
• Create repair orders with cost and time estimates with transparency.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely work.
• Follow up with customers on status and satisfaction.
