AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge the gap between technicians and customers in our state-of-the-art service departments. You will clarify technician recommendations, offer maintenance plans, and help customers choose appropriate services.

The role emphasizes customer experience and up-selling opportunities while maintaining transparency in cost estimates. You will greet customers, schedule appointments, and ensure timely vehicle service by coordinating with advisors and parts

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and use dealership technology.
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.

• Set and confirm appointments to ensure a smooth service experience.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
• Greet customers warmly and assess vehicle needs via walk-arounds and test drives.
