AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor to join our nationwide service network handling over 20,000 cars daily. You’ll bridge service technicians and customers, explaining technician recommendations in clear language and spotting up-sell opportunities to keep vehicles safe.

You’ll leverage technology and a customer-focused approach to deliver an exceptional service experience, meet sales targets, and drive customer loyalty across our dealerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer experience is required.
• Ability to set and meet targeted goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with technology and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Set and confirm appointments for a great service experience.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Greet customers warmly on arrival.
• Identify vehicle needs from information and a vehicle walk-around.
• Use consultative selling for ongoing maintenance planning.
• Prepare repair orders with cost and time estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff for timely work.
• Follow up with customers on status and satisfaction.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers.
• Provide exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
