Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during busy periods.
Lead merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational functions.
Deliver outstanding customer service during each guest interaction to create a positive experience.
Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product/service recommendations.
Be a passionate guest advocate and engage with customers in an authentic way.
Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional service.
