Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or service environments.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews and customer queue triage.
• Lead on merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive guest experience.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations to meet guest needs.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech decisions.
• Support a fast-paced store environment with guest interactions and follow-through.
