Job summary

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service to Every Guest.

You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and help shape the in-store experience while connecting guests to technology that matters most. This role offers paid training and opportunities for advancement within a collaborative, energetic team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred in retail or service environments.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.
• Must be able to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers and guest queue triage.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction to ensure a positive experience.
• Conduct thorough guest need assessments and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Create personal connections with guests and translate tech into simple, friendly solutions.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting with guest interactions and follow-through.
