Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeks Sales Support Representatives to deliver world-class service to Every Guest, Every Time. As a part-time team member, you will support sales processes, product knowledge sharing, and create a positive in-store experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with account reviews, merchandising, customer queue triage, and providing product recommendations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak season periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Able to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct account reviews to understand guest needs and present product/service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and enjoy engaging with customers.
• Provide product benefits and solutions through exceptional service to meet customer needs.
• Create personal connections to make tech feel simple for guests.
• Assist team with guest interactions and follow-through in a fast-paced store.
