Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeks a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and help guests connect to what matters most, creating a welcoming in-store experience.

Responsibilities include merchandising, data transfers, account reviews, and proactive customer engagement. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
