Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is hiring a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service and connect guests to what matters most. You will assist the team with sales processes, product knowledge, and create an outstanding in-store experience.

Responsibilities include supporting account reviews, merchandising, customer queue triage during busy times, and providing thoughtful product recommendations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions, account reviews, and customer follow-through.
