From supporting our team's sales process to sharing your product knowledge, you will connect our guests to what matters most. You will be the face of Victra! Sales Support Representatives work a flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week, starting at $12.50.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service.
• Solid communication skills and ability to connect with guests.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessories recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every guest interaction.
• Conduct account reviews to understand guest needs and present products and services.
• Create personal connections to make tech approachable and enjoyable for guests.
• Assist team with guest interactions and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
