Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service environment.
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist store team with account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and guest triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness, and basic operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create positive, memorable guest experiences.
• Present product benefits and service recommendations based on guest needs.
