Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service to Every Guest, Every Time. In this role you will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and help create the best in-store experience while working closely with store leadership.

You will handle account reviews, merchandising, and customer interactions during busy periods, assist with greetings, and promote benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews and product recommendations.
