Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak season.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews and merchandising during peak traffic periods.
• Assist with customer queue triage and data transfers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to create a positive guest experience.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
