Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Three years of liability, bodily injury or comparable claim experience.
• Two years of litigation claim experience.
• Active adjuster license, where required by state law.
• Experience with claims management systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office and enterprise technology systems and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an active caseload of liability claims and litigation from first notice to resolution within level of authority.
• Gather and thoroughly investigate information to determine coverage, evaluate liability, and establish reserves.
• Provide timely and professional communication to customers, counsel, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Leverage resolution strategies and coordinate resources to conduct investigations and evaluations.
• Actively negotiate settlements and issue payments timely and accurately.
• Assist in coordinating with Counsel to support litigation management strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of claim activity in claim management systems.
• Adapt to new technology implementations and AI tools while maintaining productivity.
