The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist, General Liability, to manage and investigate complex injury and property damage claims. You will determine coverage, evaluate liability, establish reserves, and issue timely payments within authority, while mentoring other professionals.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, four years of bodily injury experience, an active license, and strong skills in claims systems and MS Office, with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Four years of bodily injury claim and litigation experience.
• Active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Experience with claims management systems and MS Office.

• Independently manage high‑complexity injury/property damage claims and litigation within authority.
• Investigate coverage, liability, and damages; establish reserves per policy terms.
• Provide timely communications to customers, counsel and stakeholders.
• Develop advanced resolution strategies and coordinate resources for investigations.
• Partner with Counsel on litigation management strategies.
• Maintain accurate claim records in management systems.
