Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a Sr Technical Specialist, General Liability to manage complex injury and property damage claims, evaluate coverage, and issue timely payments within authority. You will mentor colleagues and collaborate with counsel on litigation strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a four-year bodily injury/Litigation background, active adjuster license where required, and strong communication and negotiation skills to handle high-value claims

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four years of bodily injury claim and litigation experience preferred.
• Active adjuster license, where required by state law.
• Experience with claims management systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication and analytical skills for complex coverage determinations.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an active caseload of injury and/or property damage claims through resolution within authority.
• Gather, investigate, and determine coverage and liability with relevant parties.
• Communicate timely with customers, counsel, and internal stakeholders; develop resolution strategies.
