Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and guiding their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will build proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized device and service solutions, using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and benefits during interactions. You will complete required training, participate in hands-on demonstrations, and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
