SoftClouds is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager/Sales Development Manager to expand our technology solutions reach in the San Diego region. The role serves as the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying opportunities, and supporting revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have a business/marketing background, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for rapport building.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for engaging potential clients.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns as needed.
