Responsibilities

• The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading, developing, and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• This role owns the sales strategy for the assigned territory, product line, or market segment, including forecasting, pipeline management, and pricing within approved limits.
• The Sales Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients and prospects, negotiating and closing high-value deals personally where required.
• The position also involves analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Working closely with marketing, service, and operations teams, the Sales Manager ensures a seamless customer experience from first contact through delivery and after-sales support.
