Job summary

Trane Technologies is launching a 14-week Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI, for recent graduates. You will gain intensive technical, business, sales engineering and leadership training and begin with your team at a pre-defined office location before the training starts.

The role leads to an Associate Account Manager focusing on equipment, services or controls, with opportunities across North America. This is a safety-sensitive role with relocation supported during training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or completed; preferred majors include Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Must graduate prior to start date of Graduate Training Program.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn in technical fields and communicate engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Sell Trane Technologies climate solutions and HVAC equipment to commercial customers.
• Work with engineers, architects, contractors and owners to design and sell equipment, controls, parts and services.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships by understanding needs across a full sales cycle.
• Contribute to growth strategies and analyze market conditions to find opportunities.
• Create and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed targets.
