Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Business Development Representative to join Spectrum Business, starting with hands-on training and mentorship. You will develop prospecting skills, build client relationships and help grow our sales pipeline for the outside sales team.

You’ll work with Account Executives and learn Spectrum’s product suite, processes, and market approach while maintaining focus on customer needs and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Math, Science, Engineering or related field.
• 0–1+ years sales experience ideal in business development, SaaS or CRM roles.
• Strong English communication and ability to learn Spectrum's product suite.

Responsibilities
