Job summary

Brooksource, Eight Eleven Group’s flagship brand, seeks Associate Account Executives to join a comprehensive outside B2B sales program. You’ll focus on relationship-driven selling of consulting services, meeting decision-makers, and building partnerships within client accounts.

Post-training, you’ll spend most of your time in front of executives to drive opportunities, align solutions with client roadmaps, and consistently exceed sales goals in a dynamic, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in target accounts and build partnerships with facility-level executives.
• Present solutions to C-suite and drive pipeline opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to create consulting engagements that deliver outcomes.
• Maintain and grow relationships within assigned accounts to secure engagements.
• Exceed defined sales targets through strategic prospecting and closing activities.
• Participate in Brooksource’s training and ramp-up programs.
