Job summary

Brooksource, Eight Eleven Group’s flagship IT staffing brand, is seeking an Associate Account Executive. The role trains you in a relationship-driven, client-focused sales approach to selling consulting and professional services to Fortune 500 clients.

After training, you will spend the majority of your time meeting with client decision-makers to build partnerships, create pipelines, and secure win-win engagements, while earning base salary plus uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits

• Build and sustain relationships with clients through onsite meetings and events.
• Consult with clients to create solutions addressing their needs and projects.
• Advocate for clients and improve their experience with Brooksource.
• Present to client executives and demonstrate value of solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to a winning sales culture.
• Set personal and team goals in collaboration with management.
