Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.
• Team-oriented mindset with ownership of work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the subject matter expert during customer interactions.
• Use consultative selling techniques to position and present services.
• Develop new business through prospecting and lead generation.
• Manage leads from marketing efforts and convert them into closed sales.
• Build opportunities within existing accounts through Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Develop and deliver professional proposals and quotes for clients.
• Achieve activity goals, including cold calls, appointments, and proposals.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quota.
• Participate in sales blitzes and company-wide initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
