Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent) to join our local store team and repair customers’ computers and devices while delivering top-notch service in person and over the phone. You will diagnose and repair devices, follow Best Buy procedures, and collaborate with Geek Squad Agents to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting or repairing technology products.
• Experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

• Establish and maintain consistent rhythms for timely follow-up and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
