Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales.

• Strong eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity for hardware repairs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on repair options and Apple offerings; guide them through appropriate purchases.
• Mentor and support Genius Bar team members; share knowledge and best practices.
