Apple Retail is seeking a Genius to combine extensive troubleshooting with the ability to inspire excitement for Apple products and services. You will educate customers on repair options, perform repairs, and help customers get the most from their Apple devices.

In this role you will loom as a mentor to Genius Bar teammates, support leadership with escalations, and contribute to an inclusive environment. Availability may include nights and weekends in the store.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair Apple hardware and software issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on repairs and Apple offerings, and upsell where appropriate.
• Mentor Genius Bar team members and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Support leadership with escalations and maintain a positive store environment.
