Apple Inc. Bethesda is seeking a Genius Bar specialist to diagnose, repair, and educate customers on Apple products in a fast-paced retail setting. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform repairs, and explain repair options and services.

You will mentor teammates, support leadership with escalations, and contribute to an inclusive culture while helping meet service goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• You should have retail or sales experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software in a customer service setting.
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot Apple hardware and software issues.
