Apple Inc. is seeking a Genius in our Apple Retail stores to combine extensive troubleshooting skills with the ability to inspire excitement for Apple products and services. You will educate customers on repair options, perform repairs, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include retail or sales experience, hardware/software troubleshooting, and strong communication. The role supports a collaborative team, and may involve evenings, weekends, and holidays

Formación

Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a customer service setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
Ability to work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
Educate customers on repair options and Apple offerings, and provide excellent service to meet customer needs.
Mentor and support Genius Bar team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
Handle customer escalations with timely, professional resolution and collaboration with leadership.
