Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Genius to combine deep troubleshooting with a passion for helping customers get the most from their Apple products. You will repair devices, educate customers on repair options, and empower teams to deliver the Apple experience in-store.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a customer service context.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on repairs and Apple offerings.
• Mentor and support Genius Bar team members.
