• Experience in retail or sales environment.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and empathy.

Responsabilités

• Have extensive knowledge of Apple products, services, and repair processes.
• Support customers with Apple product or software issues with care and empathy.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Provide excellent service by understanding needs and presenting product/service recommendations.
• Mentor and share knowledge with Genius Bar team members.
• Assist with escalations and feedback to Apple.
