Job summary

Apple Inc. Retail is seeking a Genius to combine extensive troubleshooting skills with the ability to inspire excitement for Apple products and services in-store.

You will educate customers on repair options, perform repairs on devices, and help customers get the most from their Apple products. You’ll work with store teams to identify recurring repair issues, mentor teammates, and uphold Apple’s inclusive values in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to inspect hardware and perform repairs safely.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a service setting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on repair options and Apple offerings while advising on purchases.
• Repair Apple products serviced in-store and maintain high repair quality.
• Mentor Genius Bar team members and share knowledge with staff.
• Support leadership in resolving customer escalations and improve service processes.
