Job summary

Viventium + Apploi is seeking a Team Lead for Engineering – Time & Attendance. You will lead the Time & Attendance engineering team, drive end-to-end delivery, set priorities, and partner with Product, QA, Architecture, Security, and other stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable payroll-related solutions.

You will shape technical decisions and mentor engineers in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering experience.
2+ years leading engineers with direct responsibility for one-on-one mentoring and performance discussions.
Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET in enterprise apps."
Experience with Angular and/or React in enterprise web apps.
Experience building/leading mobile/native apps (React Native, Android).
Experience building/operating production systems on Microsoft Azure, including IaC.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery for the Time & Attendance engineering team (planning to production support).
Establish priorities, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and create transparency around delivery commitments.
Balance roadmap delivery with platform stability, security, and technical debt reduction.
Use team metrics to identify constraints and guide improvements.
Guide technical architecture and modernization for Time & Attendance in partnership with leadership.
Coordinate incident response and post-incident follow-through.
