You will lead high‑performing teams delivering SAAS and PAAS solutions, collaborating with HR, Payroll, and Broadcast Ops to align with business priorities.

The role emphasizes hands-on DevOps leadership, scalable architectures, and secure, integrated platforms across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with leadership of medium to large teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications with multiple integrations to SAAS platforms.
• Proven ability to lead agile, CI/CD and DevOps delivery models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, IS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and operations of Time and Workforce Management platform components.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, release planning, testing, and environment management.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across HR, Payroll, and IT for integrations.
• Ensure security, governance, and data integrity across platforms.
• Mentor engineers and manage budgets and resource plans.
• Partner with legal, security, and privacy teams on compliance.
