Viasat is seeking a techno-functional professional to lead and support time-and-labor operations across multiple regions. You will manage Oracle OTL and Infor WFM integrations, configure pay rules, and generate OBIEE/Cognos reports to ensure payroll integrity.

The role emphasizes global data harmonization, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, site-based environment.

Qualificações

• 4–5 years of techno-functional experience in time-and-labor systems in multi-country environments.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Strong expertise in Oracle OTL and Oracle EBS integrations.
• Familiarity with Infor WFM, UKG, Workday is a plus for platform RFPs.
• Experience with SQL/PL/SQL troubleshooting and Groovy is a plus.
• Experience with OBIEE and Cognos reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily time and attendance operations for core timekeeping systems and ensure smooth timecard processing.
• Troubleshoot interfaces, utilities, and SQL/PL/SQL scripts for data integrity.
• Harmonize data flows across Oracle OTL, Infor WFM, and other apps into a single global platform.
• Gather global business requirements to configure timecards, pay rules, and system solutions for international environments.
• Create and run OBIEE and Cognos reports to track timecard compliance and payroll integrity.
