Job summary
VERSANT Media seeks a Technical Lead, Core HR Systems to lead the design, deployment, and support of the Workday-centric HR ecosystem. You will own platform architecture, DevOps, and secure integrations across HR, Payroll, Time, and Analytics, partnering with Payroll, HR, Product, Data, and Enterprise Technology.
This hands-on leadership role requires 6+ years in software engineering and at least 4 years in leading delivery teams, with deep Workday expertise and a track record of successful
Qualifications
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years leading medium to large delivery teams (on/offshore).
- 4+ years as a Workday developer with at least one full Workday HCM implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.
- Experience architecting, developing, and deploying Workday Extend/Build Ecosystem solutions.
- Strong data ingestion and integration experience with Workday Prism for analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead platform architecture, delivery, and operations for Core HR & Payroll initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery from design to go-live and post-go-live support.
- Ensure secure, scalable integrations and data flows across HR, Payroll, Time, and Analytics.
- Mentor teams, manage budgets, and partner with stakeholders across HR and IT.
- Drive governance, security, and CI/CD practices across the program.
