Equiliem is seeking a Senior Payroll Systems Analyst focused on Time & Attendance to lead end‑to‑end transformation in Culver City, CA. You will drive system configurations, oversee testing, and ensure accurate pay calculations within a complex, unionized setting.

The role requires deep knowledge of Time & Attendance, CBAs, and integration with Payroll/HCM platforms, plus strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll, Time & Attendance, and systems implementations.
• Deep experience in unionized environments.
• Experience with UKG Pro, Workday, Infor, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of union payroll and timekeeping requirements.
• Experience translating CBAs into system rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Time & Attendance transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Manage governance, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Partner with system integrators and internal stakeholders to drive delivery.
• Lead Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning and execution.
• Interpret CBAs and translate requirements into system rules.
• Configure and validate timekeeping and payroll rules across platforms.
• Ensure compliance with union and regulatory requirements.
• Lead requirements workshops and document functional solutions.
• Provide functional expertise across Time, Payroll, and HCM platforms.
• Support integration design and data flow validation.
