Job summary

Viventium is seeking a Team Lead, Engineering - Time & Attendance to guide an experienced team responsible for the Time & Attendance platform. You will drive end-to-end delivery across kiosk, mobile clocking with geolocation, manager-facing web apps, and cloud services built with React Native, React, Angular, .NET, and Azure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years leading engineers through one-on-one coaching and performance discussions.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET, including .NET Framework and .NET Core/modern NET.
• Hands-on experience with Angular and/or React in enterprise web applications.
• Experience building mobile or native apps using React Native, Android, or equivalent.
• Experience building and operating production systems on Microsoft Azure, including IaC practices (e.g., Terraform, Bicep).
• Demonstrated success delivering software through Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for the Time & Attendance engineering team from planning to production support.
• Establish priorities, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and communicate risks and tradeoffs.
• Balance roadmap delivery with platform stability, maintainability, security, and debt reduction.
• Lead and coach engineers, provide feedback, and grow team capabilities.
• Partner with Product, QA, Architecture, Security to align backlogs with business needs.
• Guide technical direction and platform modernization across kiosk, mobile, web, backend, and cloud services.
