Job summary

Vantive is seeking an experienced HRIS/Workday administrator to manage Payroll and Time Tracking, design and test features, and support HR operations globally. You will document configurations, build dashboards, and partner with HR IT and payroll teams to optimize processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in HRIS/HR Operations, 3–5 years in Workday Payroll & Time Tracking, and strong data analysis skills for large datasets and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in analytically driven fields.
• 5+ years HRIS/HR Operations experience.
• 3–5 years Workday Payroll & Time Tracking experience; Workday Certifications a plus.
• Strong understanding of Time Tracking and Payroll; exposure to other Workday modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage system administration for Payroll and Time Tracking in Workday.
• Document technical specifications for configuration.
• Analyze HR data and report on program impact.
• Collaborate with global HR Ops, HR IT, Payroll and other HRIS teams.
• Handle large datasets and data loads for compensation data changes.
• Improve processes, data structures, and dashboards for end-user experience.
• Provide Workday support to stakeholders.
• Perform tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and reporting.
• Support other Workday modules like Recruiting, Talent, and Compensation.
