Job summary

Versant Media is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to steer design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of Time & Workforce Management components. You will lead high‑performing teams across engineering and partners to deliver scalable SAAS/PAAS solutions aligned with business priorities and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with leadership of medium to large teams.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL Server, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for Time & Workforce Management initiatives from design to post-go-live support.
• Oversee CI/CD, release planning, and environment management for stability.
• Enforce secure coding, testing, and documentation best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and Ops to ensure aligned solutions.
• Mentor engineers and manage budgets/resources for initiatives.
