Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Vertical Engineering Lead to own deployment of Technology Labs standards across accounts, translating global frameworks into practical site execution. You’ll build a deployment team, drive change management, and ensure JCAC compliance in labs and critical environments.

You bring 15+ years in technology lab or critical infrastructure operations, strong program management, and ability to lead multi-site deployments while coordinating with global and local

Qualifications

• 15+ years in critical environments, technology labs, or operations leadership.
• Experience deploying standards or SOPs in field environments (JCAP or equivalent).
• Leadership of multi-site deployment programs and cross-functional coordination.
• Background in technology labs, environmental controls, or critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the Technology Labs O&M playbook across accounts and sites, ensuring lab spaces meet standards.
• Assess current site models, identify gaps, and drive adoption with rollout plans.
• Partner with Standards & Assurance Lead to keep standards practical and current.
• Build and lead a deployed team, guiding priorities and quality oversight.
• Manage deployment P&L with Account Finance and COE Finance, tracking KPIs.
• Engage stakeholders and lead change management across accounts and sites.
• Coordinate with Engineering Operations, Quality & Compliance, and HSE teams for compliance.
