Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Global Technical Engineering Lead to guide Life Sciences facility operations across the Americas. You will drive regulatory compliance, uptime, and maintenance strategies for GMP environments and critical building systems in pharma manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic and tactical facilities management experience in Life Sciences or regulated environments.
• Proven leadership delivering operational excellence across large multi-site portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP regulatory requirements and FDA/EMA/HPRA expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead hard services programs for pharmaceutical facilities, including HVAC, cleanrooms, and critical utilities to maximize uptime.
• Develop and optimize preventive maintenance using risk-based approaches to minimize downtime.
• Oversee vendor qualification, performance monitoring, and regulatory compliance documentation.
• Manage annual budgets and drive cost optimization while meeting regulatory targets.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Engineering to align maintenance with manufacturing schedules.
