Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director, Technology Labs CEM Standards and Assurance Leader to own the Tech Labs O&M playbook and the assurance program across our global data centers. You will lead governance, develop field-ready procedures, and drive change management to embed best practices in critical research environments.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will collaborate with the Vertical Engineering Lead and engineering SMEs to ensure the standard is practical, deployable, and compliant, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field.
• Deep technical grounding in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, cleanroom, and life-safety disciplines.
• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks and industry standards relevant to technology labs or critical facilities.
• Strong writing and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Tech Labs standard O&M playbook for labs, cleanrooms, and critical environments.
• Provide and maintain tech lab-specific documentation, SOPs, guidance, and training materials.
• Run structured due-diligence engagements to capture current operating models and identify gaps.
• Align playbook with industry standards and ensure compliance.
• Finalize, approve, and release the operating standard and keep it current.
• Own the assurance program for Tech Labs within JCAP, with lab-specific questions and guidance.
• Partner with the Vertical Engineering Lead to ensure deployability of standards across accounts.
• Engage with engineering SMEs, account teams, and leadership to ground standards in real conditions.
• Develop training content for Tech Labs Operations and Maintenance standards and Assurance program.
• Train teams on the playbook, JCAP questions, and ongoing updates.
• Follow change management processes to inform teams of changes.
