Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Director, Technology Labs CEM Standards and Assurance Leader for its Global Data Centers and CEM Centre of Excellence. The role defines and owns the Tech Labs O&M standards, runs the assurance program, and partners with the Vertical Engineering Lead to deploy guidance across accounts.

The position requires deep technical understanding of critical environments, regulatory compliance, and strong program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks and industry standards for tech labs or critical facilities.
• Proven ability to develop and implement standards, training, and assurance programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Tech Labs standard O&M playbook for labs, cleanrooms, and critical environments.
• Create and maintain tech-lab documentation, SOPs, guidance, and training materials.
• Run due-diligence engagements to identify gaps and opportunities for standard improvements.
• Lead the assurance program ensuring field adoption and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and leadership to deploy standards across accounts.
• Develop training content for Tech Labs Operations and Maintenance.
