Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Director, Technology Labs CEM Standards and Assurance Leader to own the standards and assurance for Tech Labs, build playbooks, and govern operations across JLL's global portfolio.

You will run the assurance program, align with industry practice, and collaborate with the Vertical Engineering Lead to embed the standard in accounts while developing training and documentation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in critical environment, tech lab, engineering, or standards leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Tech Labs standard O&M playbook for labs and cleanrooms.
• Create and maintain SOPs, guidance, and training materials for adherence.
• Conduct due-diligence engagements to identify gaps.
• Align playbook to industry standards and ensure compliance.
• Finalize, approve, and release the operating standard and update as guidance evolves.
• Own the Tech Labs assurance program and extend JCAP with lab criteria.
• Collaborate with Vertical Engineering Lead to ensure deployability.
• Engage with SMEs, account teams, and leadership to ground standards.
• Develop and deliver training content for Tech Labs operations and maintenance.
• Train teams on the playbook and ongoing updates.
• Lead change management communications to teams.
• Support incident management: investigate near-misses, perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Engineering Ops, Quality & Compliance, HSSE for compliance.
• Assist with client-facing consultations on lab space performance.
