Job summary

JLL is seeking a Vertical Engineering Lead for Technology Lab Services to drive account-level deployment of lab standards and manage field execution across multiple sites. The role leads a deployment team, ensuring labs, cleanrooms, and critical environments meet published standards while coordinating with the Standards & Assurance Lead.

You'll oversee training, change management, and incident handling, balancing local site needs with global policies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in critical environments, technology lab, engineering, or deployment leadership.
• Experience supporting assurance, audit, compliance, or standards-implementation programs (JCAP or equivalent) at account/site level.
• Hands-on with technology lab environments, environmental controls, or similar critical infrastructure; corporate real estate/engineering ops background preferred.
• Experience leading teams of engineers or technicians with workload prioritization and performance development.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment of the Technology Labs standard O&M playbook across accounts and ensure labs meet published standards.
• Develop standardized project plans for account/site deployment aligned with requirements.
• Lead account-level deployment engagements, assess current site models, identify gaps, drive adoption.
• Support Technology Labs assurance program (JCAP) at account level and prep sites for reviews.
• Ensure field conditions make standards deployable; gather feedback to inform revisions.
• Build and lead a deployment team; provide coaching and prioritization guidance.
• Own deployment P&L and align with Account/COE Finance; evolve KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Engage stakeholders to drive adoption; lead training on playbook, JCAP criteria, updates.
